Regarding the cancellation of your accommodation booking, please be advised that a cancellation fee will be charged based on the date we receive your notification, as outlined below. Thank you for your understanding. The cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the total accommodation cost.

14 to 2 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the accommodation cost
The day before the check-in date: 100% of the accommodation cost
On the check-in date and in case of no-show: 100% of the accommodation cost

[Important Notes]
The percentages (%) listed above represent the cancellation fee as a proportion of the total accommodation charges.
If the length of your stay is shortened, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s charge (the first night) will be applied, regardless of the number of nights reduced.
In the event of transportation (flights, ships) being suspended due to natural disasters such as typhoons or heavy snow, the cancellation fee will be waived.
If you do not provide notification of cancellation, the standard cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made before a transportation company (airline, shipping line, etc.) decides to cancel or suspend services will be subject to the standard cancellation fee.
